Job summary

Confidentiel seeks a talented Architect to join our growing team. The candidate will integrate concept, elevation and detailing into cohesive designs, with strong BIM skills and knowledge of building codes.

The role requires a solid portfolio and experience driving projects from concept through construction, including liaison with facade consultants and suppliers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
• Experience on concept development, facade-driven or high-rise projects.
• Navisworks or Dynamo are preferred tools.
• LEED Certification is a plus.
• Project management training or certification is desirable.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept options, massing studies and 3D models from direction.
• Prepare dimensioned elevations, material tags and finish schedules.
• Draft facade sections, wall sections, typical bay and junction details.
• Issue drawing sets accurately and manage revisions.
• Plan and track deadlines and deliverables across design aspects.
• Review and further develop plans, sections, elevations and facade packages.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and facade systems to identify clashes and solutions.
• Demonstrate strong concept design and design development experience, including elevations.
• Show solid facade detailing knowledge: systems, materials, junctions, and liaising with facade consultants and suppliers.
• Experience taking projects from concept to issued drawings through tender and construction phases.
• Review drawings for consistency and code compliance.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be will be the point where three design elements (concept, elevation and detailing) come together. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in design and BIM software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp), and a solid understanding of building codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept options, massing studies / Zoning and 3D models from the team lead's direction.
• Prepare dimensioned elevations, material tags and finish schedules.
• Draft facade sections, wall sections, typical bay and junction details.
• Issue drawing sets accurately and keep revisions under control.
• Plan and track deadlines and deliverables across the three design aspects.
• Review & further develop plans, sections, elevations and facade packages before issue.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and facade systems, to identify the clashes and further solutions.
• Strong concept design and design development experience, including elevations.
• Strong facade detailing knowledge: systems, materials, junctions, and working with facade consultants and suppliers.
• Experience taking projects from concept to issued drawings and through delivery: tender, construction-stage queries and shop-drawing review.
• Ability to review drawings for consistency and code compliance.
