Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum salary of 1500 and will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain office filing system by organizing documents in appropriate files
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner; take messages when necessary
  • Greet visitors warmly upon arrival; answer questions or direct them to appropriate person
  • Manage data entry into various systems; review data accuracy before submission
  • Schedule appointments as requested; maintain daily appointment calendar
  • Prepare paperwork for internal use or external distribution using general office equipment (printers, copy machines, etc.)
  • Assist with preparation of reports or other documents as requested by management staff
  • Provide general administrative support including sending emails, preparing letters, photocopying/scanning documents, ordering supplies and other related duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently
