Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports and records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Manage payroll processes and salary payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct regular audits and identify discrepancies.
• Provide support during tax audits and reviews.
