Overview

Accountant - Al-Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join us in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, generating reports, preparing taxes and providing financial advice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports on a regular basis
• Perform daily accounting activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, etc.
• Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts
• Conduct audits of internal controls and processes
• Provide financial analysis and advice on business operations
• Develop internal control policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform tax preparation activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide support with corporate tax planning and filing of returns
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other documents required by external auditors

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is essential for this role
• We are open to considering foreign applicants

Compensation

Salary: 1800 per month
