Overview

Accountant job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all accounting duties, from data entry to financial statement preparation. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1000. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements and supporting documents
• Prepare accurate VAT returns on a quarterly basis
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to accounting practices
• Reconcile bank statements regularly
• Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets and forecasts
• Maintain internal audits
• Monitor expenditure against budget
