Job summary

BrightPath Engineering is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver personalized fitness training in Bayan. You will assess clients, design tailored workout plans, and coach one-on-one sessions to promote safe, effective progress.

Applicants should have a personal training certification, fluent English, and the ability to work with diverse clients. Visa to work in Bayan is required; salary is 1400 USD per month, negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have visa to work in Bayan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine health and fitness levels and goals.
• Develop personalized workout plans for each client.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions focusing on form, technique and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate clients on nutrition and lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and certifications.
