Job summary
A financial services organization is seeking a highly motivated Construction and Development, Program Controls Senior Financial Analyst. This role involves supporting financial planning across capital projects, providing insights, and ensuring projects meet budget and strategic objectives. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, project management, or related fields focused on financial reporting and analysis.
- Technically savvy, eager to learn and adapt to improved systems.
- Moderate travel (less than 30%) may be required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources, creating sophisticated financial reporting packages and dashboards.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate project cost allocations.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for financial reporting.
