Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC seeks a Manager, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to lead the healthcare compliance program and oversee regulatory initiatives. The role reports to the AVP, Legal & Compliance and collaborates with leadership to implement strategies that ensure accountability and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare compliance, strong knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, CMS and related regulations, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related healthcare field preferred.
Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage organization’s healthcare compliance program and ongoing planning.
Perform internal audits and monitor practices for compliance risks.
Monitor regulations including HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, OIG, Stark Law, AKS.
Lead risk assessments and remedial actions with department leaders.
Develop and deliver compliance education and training for staff.
