- Oversee daily operations and performance of the Clinical Operations team.
- Supervise Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and assist Assistant ClinOps Manager.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site SOPs.
- Monitor workload distribution and study assignments for CRCs.
- Develop, track, and present ClinOps performance metrics.
