Qualifications

• Current nursing student in good standing who would start in their last semester (Required)
• Ability to continue nursing career after graduation and has accepted RN offer (Required)
• Experience in an office or clinic setting (Preferred)
• Knowledge of proper patient care techniques and safety procedures (Required)
• Ability to communicate patient information to staff promptly (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under RN preceptor supervision
• Support implementation of care plans to promote health and wellness
• Maintain patient safety by communicating concerns to the care team
• Demonstrate proper hand hygiene and infection control practices
• Record patient data accurately and report changes to the RN/LPN
• Engage in educational activities and demonstrate evolving nursing skills
