Job summary

A global manufacturing company is seeking a skilled accounting professional to enhance its financial foundation in Rochester, NY. This mid-senior level full-time role involves ensuring the integrity of accounting information, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the annual budget process. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting and 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, alongside strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably make-to-order or engineer-to-order.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and extract meaning.
Experience with an integrated ERP system.

Responsibilities

Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions.
Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Assist in the annual budget process and report progress versus budget throughout the year.
