Job summary

Our Lincoln, NE location is hiring multiple Lab Technicians / Bioanalytical Associate Analyststo join our team. These roles are Full-time, benefited positions. Salary starts at $20.50 per hour and is commensurate with experience, with opportunities for an increase at 6 months with successful performance and attendance.

We are only considering candidates who currently live in the Lincoln, NE area.

Responsibilities:

Process/extract biological samples (blood, urine, plasma, feces) both manually and using automation
Prepare solutions/reagents
Record and document test data in notebooks/binders/electronic notebooks
Perform analytical analysis of samples using chromatography (LC-MS/MS and HPLC) or ligand-binding techniques (ELISA, RIA, EIA and PCR)

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or previous coursework in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related field is preferred
Exposure to pipetting; will pipet an average of 2-3 hours per day, at times up to 8 hours
Experience with GLP’s is a plus
Basic computer skills; able to read and enter information via computer 50% of the shift
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation

Shift:

Monday - Friday daily, during normal business hours, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility
Due to the highly variable nature of our business, we ask you to be available for at least 1 weekend day a month
Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend support
