- Recent 12-month quality data is required
- Logs for the most recent 24 months
- Continuing Medical Education required

- Perform regular OR duties Monday through Thursday
- Cardiac call responsibilities scheduled for December 24–27, 2026
- Work independently with no CRNA supervision
- Not on call during nights or weekends
