• Proven ability to present complex topics clearly and actionable.

• Ability to work with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for designated plans, participants, and clients, providing proactive financial education and advisory support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, plan sponsors, and consultants to identify needs and deliver targeted education strategies.
• Lead group workshops, webinars, and one-on-one consultations on retirement planning, investing, insurance, budgeting, debt management, and overall financial wellness.
• Provide holistic financial guidance including investments, insurance, tax considerations, and estate planning, with referrals to wealth management when deeper support is needed.
• Champion the firm’s No Participant Left Behind philosophy by empowering individuals to take informed action.
• Support business development, represent the education team in client and finalist meetings, and contribute to growth initiatives.
• Oversee accurate and timely service delivery with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned geographic territory.
