Creative Planning is seeking a Financial Wellness Consultant to deliver high-quality financial education to 401(k) participants and clients, while connecting them with wealth management services for deeper guidance. The role blends participant-focused education with relationship-driven planning support and requires strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Series 65/66 or CFP designation is preferred.
5+ years of financial services experience with direct client interaction.
Experience with qualified retirement plans and investment products.
Ability to present complex topics clearly and compellingly.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Project management experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for designated plans, participants, and clients with proactive financial education and advisory support.
Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and consultants to deliver targeted education strategies.
Lead group workshops, webinars, and one-on-one consultations on retirement planning and financial wellness.
Provide holistic financial guidance including investments, insurance, tax considerations, and estate planning and refer deeper support when needed.
Champion the firm’s No Participant Left Behind philosophy and empower action toward financial goals.
Support business development, represent the education team in meetings, and contribute to enterprise growth.
Ensure accurate and timely service delivery with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Travel up to 50% within the assigned geographic territory.
