Job summary

Ampact is seeking a Math Tutor for the 2026-27 school year. In this role, you will work in local schools helping students improve their math skills through one-on-one support and tutoring sessions.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has good attendance, is at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, and is fluent in English. This position offers flexible hours and a vital role in enhancing students' educational outcomes.

Qualifications

Must be dependable and have a history of good attendance.
Must be able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
Fluency in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Provide tutoring sessions for groups of up to 3 students.
Track student progress and meet with school coach regularly.
Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
Help students return to their classrooms after sessions.
