Job summary

Qualifications

• Series 65, 66, or CFP® certification is required.
• 5+ years of financial services experience with client interaction.
• Experience with qualified retirement plans and investments.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and compellingly.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills.
• Project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Able to interact with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designated plans, participants, and clients, providing proactive financial education and advisory support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, plan sponsors, and consultants to deliver targeted education strategies and annual engagement plans.
• Lead group workshops, webinars, and one-on-one consultations on retirement planning, investing, and financial wellness.
• Provide holistic financial guidance and referrals to the wealth management team when deeper support is needed.
• Support business development and represent the education team in meetings and growth initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely service delivery with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned geographic territory.
