Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee scheduling, ensure busy, compliant operations and a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium experiences from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives; focus on cross-sell, upsell, and learn-back strategies to boost clinic performance.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and staff dress code adherence.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
