Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of analytics, FP&A, corporate or strategic finance experience in a public or high-growth company.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Intermediate SQL data mining and query development experience.
• Tableau Desktop dashboard development experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA/Macro development.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to prioritize resources and aid strategic decision making.
• Perform deep-dive analyses delivering actionable insights for growth and optimization.
• Provide insights on financial performance, including variance analysis, forecasts, or budgets.
• Understand key business drivers and extract data from various source systems.
• Analyze large data volumes and present concise, intuitive findings and implications.
• Develop Tableau dashboards that tell a clear business story.
• Build financial models to analyze initiatives and support decision making.
• Communicate results to management and document procedures.
