• Analyze the economic and operational performance of our stores
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal systems
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support business reviews with actionable insights

• Hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment
• Exposure to FP&A and store performance management
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Mentorship and professional development opportunities

• Degree or final-year student in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and management control
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive, curious mindset
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
