A luxury fashion brand in Rome seeks a WW Private Clients Relations Manager to cultivate relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English. This role requires collaboration across departments and managing events while meeting high expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Position

The WW Private Clients Relations Manager acts as one of the primary point of contacts for high-end clients, cultivating their relationship with the Brand, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing their loyalty. Reporting to the Private Client Experience Director, supporting all clienteling activities related to the VIC clients worldwide. The position is based in our HQ in Rome and requires frequent travel at WW level.

We look to onboard the WW Private Clients Relations Manager by the end of the year.

Job responsibilities
  • Client Recruitment and Engagement of VIC, building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Implement strategies and support in zone via personalized activations
  • Develop high-end segment business and hosting guidelines
  • Liaise with LVMH sister brands & outside partners to enlarge opportunities
  • Support and coordinate VIC related events, like Fashion Shows, World of Fendi, High Jewelry events, etc.
  • Liaise with external suppliers (hotels, cars, entertainment…) to organize VIC activities around Fashion Shows, and High Jewelry Events and Couture.
  • Delivery of internal tools and guidelines to regional offices
  • Work with PCR zone teams to identify and organize for top clients’ relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients' interests and develop their loyalty to the brand
  • Develop a bespoke Gifting Menù for VIC clients
  • Collaborate as a team player when working with other departments (CRM, Training, Product, Retail Performance, etc.) to develop strategies that benefit clients.
  • Competitor’s analysis and benchmark.

Profile
  • At least 7 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional working hours, including evening and week-ends.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English is a must. French/Italian or fluency in another language will be considered a plus.

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed.
