A global leader in home appliances is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market in Lisbon. The role involves assisting customers with product use and troubleshooting while collaboring with internal teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and has a passion for customer service. 100 performance bonus (×12 months)

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and good English communication skills are required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong empathy and communication skills are essential.
