A leading construction management firm in Milano is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. In this role, you will oversee engineering design integrity and manage scheduling, compliance, and resource allocation for important construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of Oil and Gas experience, with a minimum of 5 years in offshore projects, and must demonstrate excellent command of English. The position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptual and Basic Design to FEED Design Integrity.
  • Preparation of pertinent ITT scope of work, provide technical advice and administrate the engineering contracts.
  • Ensure application of relevant laws and regulations, HSEQ local norms and COMPANY standards.
  • Facilities Engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, WBS, cost and compliance of work to project specifications).
  • Reviewing Design Reviews and EPC / EPIC Contractors Engineering Plan.
  • Identifying and adopting correct engineering and HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation.
  • Managing the engineering team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree (B. Sc) in Mechanical / Chemical / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of10 years of Oil and Gas Experience.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and proven ability to write specifications and reports.
