Technical Leader Applications

Job Description:

DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Technical Leader.

The project is mainly focused on software solutions to enable interoperability of the Electronic Health Record between regional systems and the National Interoperability Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business and technical software solutions.
• Understand and use appropriate solutions/tools to achieve customer's needs.
• Interact with colleagues and lead a small team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
• Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of technical experience.
• Good knowledge of Spring Framework, Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, design patterns, architecture design, and Database SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to work with Software development processes (Agile, Waterfall), DevOps.

The ideal profile has strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, a focus on results, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in teams.

Location: Florence with remote work possibility.
