A global consultancy firm is seeking a Mid-Senior MEP Consultant in Rome, Italy. This role involves inspecting MEP systems, drafting technical reports, and requires 3-4 years of relevant experience along with strong English and Italian language skills. The position offers a full-time employment type with opportunities for national and international travel.

Competenze

  • 3-4 years of experience in Due Diligence or Facility Management.
  • Excellent English and Italian language skills (minimum B2).
  • Willingness to travel for national and international business trips.

Mansioni

  • Inspect and technically verify MEP systems, including feasibility analyses.
  • Review system documentation—design, certifications, permitting, and statutory documents.
  • Assess maintenance status through site inspections and Data Room analysis.
  • Evaluate property quality, estimating corrective intervention costs.
  • Estimate multi‑year CapEx and analyze lease agreements.
  • Create checklists and Q&A with stakeholders.
  • Draft technical due diligence reports in English for MEP systems.

Arcadis MEP Consultant – Due Diligence Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and technically verify MEP systems, including feasibility analyses.
  • Review system documentation—design, certifications, permitting, and statutory documents.
  • Assess maintenance status through site inspections and Data Room analysis, identifying risks and mitigation opportunities for operational and transactional needs.
  • Evaluate property quality, estimating corrective intervention costs and timelines based on conservation conditions.
  • Estimate multi‑year CapEx, tenancy analysis, and lease agreements.
  • Create checklists and Q&A with stakeholders, monitoring document progress.
  • Draft technical due diligence reports in English for MEP systems.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in Due Diligence or Facility Management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (other engineering backgrounds accepted with relevant experience).
  • Excellent English and Italian language skills (minimum B2).
  • Willingness to travel for national and international business trips.
