Il candidato supporterà la gestione di server e rete, fornirà assistenza agli utenti e automatizzerà compiti ripetitivi. Sono richieste competenze di base in networking, esperienza nella gestione di PC e conoscenze di protocolli di autenticazione. Competenze

TECNICO INFORMATICO SISTEMISTA (ID-98763)

The Information Lab, a leading company in Data Analytics and Data Visualization disciplines and in the implementation of business digitization and modernization strategies, is looking for a System Engineer to support the strong growth expected in 2024.

Job Description: The candidate will become part of our Center of Excellence Infrastructure & Support and will collaborate with the rest of the Consulting Team both on projects for our Customers and on internal activities. He/She will focus on the central monitoring and management solutions developed by TIL, improve standardization corporate wide and support our Customers in infrastructure management. He/She will become part of a young, multicultural and skilled team where we welcome new ideas and skillsets. We prefer quality over quantity and try to implement long-term solutions that help the business thrive.

Main Activities

• Manage Server and the network
• Provide support to final users (ticket support)
• Automate recurring tasks (application installation, health check of server mainly focused on Tableau, Alteryx, Knime Infrastructure, installation and configuration of internal IT assets)

Requirements

• Experience in managing/installing PCs and applications
• Basic networking concepts
• Basic knowledge concepts of the main Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of the most important authentication/authorization protocol (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Alteryx Server Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Knime Hub
• Knowledge of Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
• Monitoring tool (Grafana, Splunk, DataDog, Zabbix)
