A leading company in Oil & Gas in Italy is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their Proposal Management Unit. This role demands excellence in coordination, planning, and negotiation, with responsibilities including strategy definition, budget preparation, client interaction, and documentation management. The candidate should possess an engineering master's degree and have at least 4 years of experience in the industry, including 2 years as a Proposal Manager. Fluent English is essential, and travel is required.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in engineering and contracting companies, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• At least 2 years of experience as Proposal Manager.
• Committed to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Mansioni

• Define bid execution strategy with Director of Proposals.
• Prepare bid budget and cost estimation plan.
• Negotiate with clients on proposal content.
• Organize kick-off meeting and issue the relevant documentation.
• Verify completeness of documentation received by the proposal team.
• Lead risk analysis in accordance with Company procedures.
• Submit proposals for review and approval.

Experience in Risks Analysis processes
