The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, strong managerial skills, and relevant IT certifications, particularly in ITIL. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in IT service operations.
• Experience developing IT Service Desk and Onsite Support teams.
• Ability to develop partnerships with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage and improve IT service operations and support.
• Oversee IT service performance monitoring.
• Lead and manage a team of IT service management professionals.

Conoscenze

IT Service Management certifications (e.g., ITIL v3 / 4)
