A leading FinTech company in Italy seeks a Strategic Sales & Account Management Executive to drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales experience in enterprise software or FinTech solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves managing a territory plan and analyzing financial prospects to maximize sales opportunities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Competenze

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech.
  • Core / Digital Banking Software knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sales with multiple decision makers.

  • Create and manage a strategic territory plan.
  • Analyze financial positions of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
