Responsibilities
Elevate Luxury Retail
  • Implement strategies to enhance the luxury customer experience and achieve outstanding business results.
  • Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with HQ.
VIP Client Management
  • Ensure customer service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal VIP customer base using advanced CRM tools.
  • Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.
Business Development & Performance
  • Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs and implement strategic improvements.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels and visual standards.
Team Leadership
  • Foster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback and team‑building activities.
  • Attract, recruit and develop the best talent in the industry.
Client Care Excellence
  • Manage post‑purchase care services, optimizing processes for repairs, warranties and exchanges.
  • Maintain high standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and effective cost control.
  • Complete necessary administrative work and reporting accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Background and Experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record managing a high‑traffic store as a Store Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience training and coaching team members.
  • Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
Education
  • University degree (e.g., bachelor’s) in a related field.
Additional Skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
