A leading consultant firm in Italy, Lazio, is seeking a State Aid & Regulatory Expert to join their team for an EU project. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree and at least 10 years of experience in EU State Aid compliance. Fluency in English and either French or German is essential. This position starts on 1 December 2025 and lasts for 15 months. Interested candidates should send their CV and a statement of interest via email.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date : 1 December 2025.

Duration : 15 months

Requirements :

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 10 years in EU State Aid compliance for FIs.
• Proven legal and policy advisory skills.
• Experience with EIB / EC audit requirements.
• Very good command of English and French / German.
