Role Overview

The Activations Marketing Intern will support the execution of the strategic activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong interest in developing Marketing strategies and delivering high-impact events and activations. This role demands a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences through activations and events. Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Activations Strategies Executing: Support the implementation of activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.
  • Event Deliver: Collaborate to the execution of a range of events, from large scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
  • Vendor Management: Support the management relations with external vendors and partners for event-related services.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish healthy working relationships with the team and external agencies.
Skills/Knowledge needed
  • High level verbal and written English.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similars.
  • Knowledge of the sports & lifestyle and youth culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills.

Experience and Availability
  • A previous of Marketing experience within apparel, sportswear or relevant lifestyle Brands/Retailers is appreciated.
  • Geographically mobile. Open to travel to cover events and activations.
