  • Establish and refine the "site leader, area manager, technician" operational structure across all field teams.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of the two‑weeks‑on/two‑weeks‑off staffing model to achieve industry‑leading retention rates in high‑travel roles.
  • Define and measure success metrics for safety, timeline, cost, and quality in partnership with Central and Quality teams.
  • Build strategic workforce planning capabilities to ensure appropriate bench strength and talent development for rapid scaling.
  • Develop standardized processes, training programs, and operational playbooks that can be deployed consistently across all field teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships and earn trust with operational counterparts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale technical operations with demonstrated success in scaling organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and developing leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience leading operations at Amazon or a similar high‑growth, technology‑driven organization.
  • Background in robotics, automation, or advanced technical installations.
  • Experience scaling organizations by 5–10x while maintaining or improving quality metrics.
  • Track record of implementing innovative staffing models that drive retention and operational excellence.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations and technical project management.
