As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Forte Dei Marmi team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
  • Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
  • Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
  • Interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Work collectively, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Do not hesitate to apply if you have:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
  • Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
