A leading luxury brand in Milano is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless store operations across Southern Europe. Responsibilities include resolving operational issues, managing store orders, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting new store openings. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in the luxury retail sector, strong planning and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This role involves both HQ and in-store visits.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous and proactive with effective multicultural teamwork.
• Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Primary contact between Stores and HQ for operational issues.
• Manage and coordinate regular store orders.
• Report maintenance needs to the Facility team.
• Collect and review monthly maintenance checklists.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety for regulatory updates.
• Assist stores with IT-related issues.
• Coordinate project meetings for store openings and renovations.
• Liaison for Inventory Control department and feedback.
• Lead implementation of new procedures per company directives.
• Support stores in after-sales processes.
