Your Mission at Epassi

As a Software Quality & DevOps Specialist at Eudaimon - part of the Epassi Group, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous delivery of our digital welfare solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to manage code quality, streamline release processes, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that support Epassi’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work collaboratively within the Epassi's IT Operations team to oversee source code management, software quality assurance, and automated deployment processes.
  • Manage and maintain version control systems using GitHub, ensuring clean branching, merging, and release strategies.
  • Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions or equivalent tools to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Setup and maintain containerized apps into AWS environments.
  • Implement and monitor code quality and security analysis through SonarQube or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices for software configuration, testing, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, identifying opportunities to optimize the delivery pipeline.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting DevOps culture and automation across the organization.
What We Are Looking For
  • Solid understanding of software release processes and DevOps principles.
  • Proven experience in software configuration and version management with GitHub.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Solid experience with Docker and AWS setup, management, monitoring, and deployment tools.
  • Hands‑on experience in code security and quality analysis using SonarQube or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with build automation and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and EKS.
