We’re looking for a creative Social Marketing Manager who can bring luxury Bali real estate to life online. You’ll capture great photos and videos, design attractive posts, write engaging captions, and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you know social media trends, understand Bali’s property vibe, and can run ads that actually get results, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) by planning and executing content calendars, leveraging platform trends, algorithms, and real estate market knowledge (preferably Bali).
  • Create high‑quality visual content including photography, videography, and social media formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and design engaging marketing visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Develop effective messaging and branding through strong copywriting that reflects the brand tone and drives audience engagement.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.) to increase reach, lead generation, and overall performance results.
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently, maintaining detail orientation, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Crossallplatforms.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate marketing is preferred, with good understanding of the Bali property market, especially luxury properties.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) supported by strong knowledge of current trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and producing engaging formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels).
  • Ability to design visually appealing marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Proficient in ad campaign management, especially through Meta Business Suite, with experience running paid ads on Meta, Google, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and branding ability, with attention to tone, engagement, and message consistency across channels.
  • Professional work skills, including being detail-oriented, creative, a team player, able to multitask and meet deadlines, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
