Un'azienda di costruzioni cerca un Site Manager per gestire operazioni strategiche e operative in progetti complessi. Richiesta autonomia, esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di cantieri e capacità di coordinamento con appaltatori. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida conoscenza della costruzione e dovrà soddisfare requisiti di sicurezza e qualità. Sarà responsabile della supervisione del cantiere e della reportistica quotidiana.

Competenze

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di cantieri.
• Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di costruzione.
• Validità della partita IVA richiesta.

Mansioni

• Supervisione delle attività di cantiere secondo le specifiche del progetto.
• Coordinamento degli appaltatori per garantire il rispetto dei tempi.
• Gestione della logistica e dell'ordine del cantiere.
• Supervisione della conformità agli standard di sicurezza.
• Report giornalieri sui progressi dell'attività.

Site Manager – reporting directly to the Construction Manager – is responsible for all strategic and operational actions that bring the project to completion within time and budget.

With strong autonomy, this role should have experience managing the site, project schedule, and subcontractor coordination. It will manage the entire project life cycle on site, from mobilization to demobilization, implementing processes to guide subcontractors, especially in technically complex projects, monitoring schedule, activities, and required resources.

As the responsible party for the site’s success in terms of schedule and quality, the candidate must possess specialist knowledge in construction. It is required to provide assistance to the rest of the team, including estimates, monitoring site costs, direct purchases, verification of active and passive SAL, and productivity checks.

Responsabilità

• Supervision of the site and verification that site activities comply with project specifications.
• Coordination of subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance, verifying that planned or executed work has been approved by the project manager.
• Management of the site area and logistics, including assistance management and responsibility for site order and cleanliness.
• Supervision of safety standard compliance.
• Daily reporting on activity progress, site status, and immediate scheduling.
• Providing reports on specific situations to be presented to designers or DL for technical solution requests.
• Assessment of resources needed to complete activities, with risk mitigation proposals.

Competenze richieste

• Full autonomy in planning and managing a site, with ability to organize a site to be delivered in multiple phases.
• Strong knowledge and experience in construction, minimum 3 years, and at least 3 years in the role.
• Strong attitude to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.
• Requirement of a valid partita IVA.
