A leading company in the energy sector in Milan is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and 7 years of experience in energy, renewables, or environmental technology, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This role requires fluency in English and Italian, and a willingness to travel frequently. Employment is full-time and onsite.

Your responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead projects end-to-end managing scope schedule budget quality HSE and all phases from design to commissioning. Develop plans monitor progress and address risks proactively.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients executives partners and internal teams; act as primary contact and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project teams fostering collaboration assigning roles strategically and ensuring accountability and high performance.
• Contract Risk & Financial Management: Understand and enforce contractual obligations mitigate risks manage budgets forecast and ensure projects are delivered within financial KPIs.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet contractual and organizational standards manage engineering interfaces implement quality control measures and perform project audits.

Qualifications : Your experiences

• Engineering degree (civil mechanical energy or environmental) with 7 years experience in energy renewables or environmental technology.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating diverse roles.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Italy and abroad.
