Senior Medical Science Liaison – Biologics Dermatology

Location: Milan, Italy

Galderma is a world‑leading dermatology company dedicated to skin health. We are seeking an experienced Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to support biologics launches in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a reference point for the office‑based business team and customer‑facing colleagues.
• Develop and maintain trustful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs/KTLs) and academic centers.
• Contribute to medical strategy, non‑promotional training, education, and presentations.
• Deepen scientific knowledge of dermatology and skin disorders.
• Deliver credible scientific and medical presentations to physicians and other stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and maintain contact with local, regional, and national KOLs and experts through approved field engagement plans.
• Support efforts to increase diversity of KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Medical, Pharmacy or higher degree (MD, PhD) in a relevant life sciences field.
• Immunology‑Biologics experience essential; dermatology or rheumatology experience highly recommended.
• Several years of medical, research, or development experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices desirable.
• Demonstrated experience presenting scientific/medical content at various levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good English written and spoken required.
• Team‑oriented matrix‑environment experience.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
