An industrial leader in Engineering & Construction seeks a Construction Mechanical Superintendent in Milan. You will manage mechanical installation activities, oversee subcontractor performance, and ensure adherence to HSE standards. A degree in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience are required. The role involves significant responsibility with the opportunity for travel. Competitive compensation is offered.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in the specific discipline.
• Experience working in construction/modernization of industrial sector/EPC projects.
• HVAC installation experience is mandatory.
• Cooling Tower Erection experience is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Manage installation of Mechanical, Piping, Insulation, Electrical, and Instrumentation equipment.
• Ensure subcontractors' performance is monitored in terms of schedule, quality, and cost.
• Participate in HSE activities at site.
• Prepare the non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and co-ordinate nonconformity resolution.
