The role demands compliance with HSE legislation, ISO standards, and requires strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in large industrial projects and be fluent in Italian and English. Competenze

• 5+ years' HSE management experience in large industrial, EPC, or energy projects.
• Experience with ISO standards, ESIA documentation, and permitting.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and drive a strong safety culture.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports to senior leadership.
• Provide training and coaching to site teams and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and internal HSE audits.
