A global energy group in Italy is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental activities across projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HSE management experience in industrial projects, strong knowledge of Italian and European legislation, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role includes leading safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training to teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years' HSE management experience in large industrial, EPC, or energy projects.
• Proficient in ISO standards, ESIA documentation, and permitting.
• Ability to influence and drive a strong safety culture.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports to senior leadership.
• Provide training and coaching to site teams.
• Conduct site inspections and internal HSE audits.

NEBOSH or equivalent certifications
