A global energy and industrial group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental activities in Italy. This role includes implementing HSE plans, monitoring compliance with legislation, and providing training and support to site teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English. This position emphasizes a strong safety culture and offers a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in HSE management for large industrial, EPC, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ESIA documentation, and permitting.
• Ability to influence and drive a strong safety culture.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports.
• Support compliance with ISO standards and internal governance.
• Conduct site inspections and internal HSE audits.
• Provide training to site teams and contractors.
