This role focuses on managing indirect procurement categories and after-sale service logistics in the Western European Union. The primary goal is to establish and optimize a comprehensive procurement strategy that ensures efficient execution, high-quality deliverables, and cost optimization across various categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Management : Develop and implement effective category management strategies to drive business value.
  • Logistics Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of after-sale service logistics to meet customer needs.
  • Supplier Pool Management : Establish and manage supplier pools to support stakeholder departments and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Deliverables Quality and Cost Optimization : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for quality and cost improvements, and implement process enhancements to achieve desired outcomes.
