Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and profitability in your territory, aligning with company objectives.
- Manage existing accounts across hospital, pharmacy, and baby shop channels.
- Develop strategic objectives tailored to company goals.
- Elevate the profile of the Medela brand through increased sales conversions.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within key accounts (for instance : NICU, HCPs, Midwives, Neonatologists, etc).
- Formulate and implement Customer Account Plans to enhance and increase overall business efficiency.
Qualifications
- A degree either in Business, Science, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical device sector.
- Strong track record in product / business management.
- Experience of compiling business cases and cost analysis data.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Skills and Abilities :
- Driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Commercial, Sales and Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Strong focus on costumer
- Be proactive in problem-solving and decision making
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
