Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue and profitability in your territory, aligning with company objectives.
  • Manage existing accounts across hospital, pharmacy, and baby shop channels.
  • Develop strategic objectives tailored to company goals.
  • Elevate the profile of the Medela brand through increased sales conversions.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within key accounts (for instance : NICU, HCPs, Midwives, Neonatologists, etc).
  • Formulate and implement Customer Account Plans to enhance and increase overall business efficiency.
Qualifications
  • A degree either in Business, Science, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical device sector.
  • Strong track record in product / business management.
  • Experience of compiling business cases and cost analysis data.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
