What We Do

In support of the sales strategy for the assigned territory, develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

How You'll Contribute
  1. Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and maintain and expand business with existing clients.
  2. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources. Develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, their staff, lenders, and attorneys.
  3. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement a plan to meet those needs.
  4. Be highly visible in your marketing area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to drive brand awareness and support sales strategy.
  6. Create, adapt, and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others.
  7. Interact daily with other work groups such as operations, marketing, and escrow branches.
  8. Communicate proactively and respond in a timely manner to clients.
What You'll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver's license required

  • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to provide solutions.
  • Diplomacy and tact in interactions.
  • Persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
