Sales Manager with Heptadome Initiative in Italy

Heptadome Initiative specializes in the production, sale, and assembly of premium log and timber frame houses. As we expand our operations across Europe, we are seeking reliable and motivated independent Sales Managers to join our team.

Your Role

  • Hunt for Clients: Find buyers any way you like—networking, social media, trade shows, or referrals.
  • Close Sales: Seal the deal on our log houses or saunas, guiding clients from interest to signed contracts.
  • Help Clients: Support buyers with paperwork (e.g., permits) for a smooth process.
  • Stay Independent: Run your sales game your way, with our backing but no micromanagement.

What We Offer

  • High Earnings: Commission €3,000 per deal plus 4% on the deal value (excluding VAT). Deals range from €25,000 to €200,000, meaning €3,000–€11,500 per sale.
  • Total Freedom: Work when and how you want—part-time or full-time. No quotas, no deadlines, no micromanagement.
  • Easy to Start: No sales experience? No problem. Our clear info package and marketing materials make selling simple, even for beginners.

Requirements
