An international manufacturing company in Emilia-Romagna is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to oversee supply chain operations. The role includes managing demand planning and inventory levels while ensuring alignment between sales and manufacturing. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English. The position may involve travel internationally. Contractual details will be negotiated based on experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of business operations and supply chain experience.
• Requires business travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Act as the link between Sales/Customer Service and manufacturing units.
• Drive continuous Process Improvement in alignment with Supply Chain partners.
• Own the BUs S&OP processes at site and regional level.
• Support the customer complaints process.
• Manage the monthly demand planning process.
