Descrizione del lavoro

Has ownership of order creation, goods receipt and invoicing process for TRD RLT. Leads the Supply Chain and Planning aspects of TRD RLT isotope management and external DP manufacturing schedule from demand and forecasting to DP production.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Owns order creation, Goods Receipt and invoicing processes for TRD RLT, ensuring budget adherence in close collaboration with EPM PLs and PO owners.
  • Leads the TRD RLT Operational Planning meeting, coordinating demand and forecasts for isotopes and cRP/CDMO manufacturing schedules across the RLT clinical portfolio.
  • Holds operational planning responsibility for Supply Chain aspects, from isotope orders and shipment coordination to planning of finished DP manufacturing with external suppliers.
  • Coordinates operational planning activities with internal functions and external service providers, acting as the SPOC for operational planning.
  • Supports EPM activities related to the CS&OP process and in systems such as SAP, MDGS, etc. (supplier registrations, audit requests, data maintenance).
  • Identifies process gaps and improvement opportunities, and supports process definition and S4/HANA SAP implementation during the LDC phase.
  • Is accountable for quality, quantity and timelines of all assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to Novartis standards and Values & Behaviors.
  • Contributes to the achievement of annual individual and team objectives.
  • Technical background with strong interest and aptitude for business administration and planning processes.
  • 4+ years’ professional experience in supply chain or operational planning, ideally in a GxP/Pharma or similarly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience with administrative and planning processes, including order and planning management, and interaction with 3rd-party supply chain service providers.
  • Desirable knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals or radioactive source logistics, and hands‑on experience with SAP (preferably S4/HANA, including use and implementation).
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results‑oriented, with experience operating in complex corporate organizations.
  • Strong team player with excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication skills.
  • Solid planning and order management capabilities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
